These bags are beautifully made!
These bags are beautifully made. I got 2 totes (personalized) with free wallets, plus a 2nd order with a handbag. This was my first order, so I was a bit nervous ordering gifts, but it was SO worth it! The construction is excellent. So many little details, like the corner reinforcement and the beautiful yellow lining - so soft. Zippers all work perfectly and the option of having a shoulder strap is perfect. The bags arrived well wrapped to keep them safe from rain. Pay attention to the shipping details - this isn't overnight. I ordered well ahead of the birthday so no issues with that for me. Highly recommend them.

The communication was great

I finally received my full size bag

My bags are beautifully crafted and my mother in law and my mom love them!! I can not wait until I get my bag and wallet soon!! Elaine was exceptional on handling my change of address concern after my shipment was already sent out. She was so understanding on the situation. Her communication was excellent and gave me peace of mind that she would make sure my order would get to me. I am so pleased with this company. I loved the bag and matching wallet.
