Surprise Blessing
I ordered a bag as a surprise for a sick Aunt Shirley. Unfortunately, the bag never arrived. I emailed Jennifer a company rep very upset and she took over immediately in the resolution of my issue. She researched and could not track the bag, so promised me a new one. My Aunt had received the new bag and sang praises of joy regarding the quality and craftsmanship. She also loves its a Christian oriented company and her personalized name and scripture. Thank you Jennifer, you are a definite asset to Holistic Bags.
