We had a great time on our vacation. Our condo was really nice and directly on the beach. I did not, however, like the fact that we couldn't check in until 5:00 p.m., but had to check out by 10:00 a.m. Didn't seem fair. It felt like we were paying for a whole day that we couldn't use. And although the umbrellas and chairs were free to condo renters, they were placed so close together to other people, that you really couldn't enjoy it. But all in all, good experience.

Bathroom was way too small. Linens in closet was dirty. I also accidentally left an expensive pair of shorts and shirt in washing machine and I called and ask if they were found but never received a call back from anyone.

Accommodations acceptable. Repairs were needed to unit. My greatest concern is that there had been no response to the pics I sent of needed repairs. Seems after sale. Same as elsewhere. They are done. Move on to next income. Probably will not go to the property again. Not mad, just sad.

We found the unit to be acceptable but the bathroom are small and need updating. We also had issues with the balconies and ramps. I know these ramps are needed to comply with ADA requirements. But they are very hard to navigate with a cart full of luggage. Next time we will find a more modern building.

The canal unit 4114 at SPC was clean & nicely furnished. However, One night we were watching a movie when the cable went out during the movie around 9:30pm. We called the after hours contact & notified them that our cable & internet were out. We explained to them that the message on the TV screen indicates that the service was disconnected by Cox & gave a phone number to contact if we wanted to have the service turned back on. We asked her to have the service turned back on as it obviously appeared that someone had not paid the Cox cable & internet bill on this unit. We explained that our daughter was working on a work related project on her computer. Without Internet she had to stop. We were without Internet & cable until the next day because the person on the after hours line was not authorized to call Cox and get the cable & Internet back on. Since these services were a part of the services we were promised, expected & paid for, it was unfortunate that they were not really concerned that they had failed to provide what was promised. Also, we had to stay at the unit the next morning waiting on a maintenance guy that we were told would be coming by to look at the TVs & Internet. We had paid for beach chairs & verses being in the beach chairs that morning, we were waiting on maintenance. Maitenance never came by. Rather the cable & internet just came back on around 11am the next day..... obviously after someone paid the cable & internet bill. A Holiday Isle representative called around 10:30-11am to say the cable & internet would be coming back on shortly as they were on the phone with Cox. Good customer service Is Not taking 12 hours to fix two problems (cable & Internet). Good customer service addresses problems immediately & compensates customers when they are unable to resolve problems immediately. A credit to our credit card of $25 for the going daily hotel rate for Internet would have gone a long way to show their concern that they had inconvenienced us during our stay.

The condo itself was great. The cleaning of the venue lacked alot. We found a pacifier under a bed, multiple nerf darts under furniute in the living room, markers & sand under the couch, and some type of pill in the master bath. All of the mirrors and sliding glass doors were nasty. It appears that standard glass/window cleaning is completed with a towel that was used on the patio table then the doors. As I watched the cleaning staff in action. The pool had a brown water ring - a magic eraser would take care of the issue.
