Our attempts to cancel through the Horizons team were ignored, and our subsequent email to owner support resulted only in a referral back to Horizons. The discrepancy between the high costs they demand and the value we receive is truly outrageous. I cannot recommend Holiday Inn to anyone.

I would give 0 stars if I could - this is a complete SCAM. They say no blackout dates but conveniently can't ever seem to accommodate the dates you request even when they are available on their website.
