Do not buy one of the packages that HICV offers. They are time-limited and when you try to book one of their resorts, they give you some cheap affiliate to stay at, that is if they have available. I bought one and was not able to book anything in the time allotted even though they extended it and so I lost the money I paid. I have owned 4 timeshares in my life and this is one to avoid for sure. DONT'T DO IT.

Very misleading sales staff....borderline scam. Don't do business with this company.

SCAM!! Do not sign up for a timeshare from this company!!! Cost to get out, pay maintenance fee of 349.00 (460.90 Canadian) and 1200.00 (1584.65 C). When I called to do this, we now have to pay next years maintenance fee which means 2506.45 to get out of this scam. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN! They do not care about you, they will take advantage!!!

ITS TIME TO TAKE THIS COMPANY TO COURT. NEWS STATIONS NEED TO BE CONTACTED. THEY LOVE AS GOOD STORY. THE MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEES HAVE DOUBLED ON MY 2 ACCOUNTS COSTING ME OVER $5000 A YEAR. I AM GOING TO BE THEIR WORST NIGHTMARE. SEDING ME A NOTICE LESS THAN A MONTH BEFORE THE NEXT PAYMENT IS DUE.

If you want a perpetually increasing maintenance bill for the rest of your life for something that you can use for 2 days out of the year and purchase 200 dollars worth of hotel stays which is 2 days for thousands of dollars youre in the right program. They will never refund your money, they will keep sending you increasing maintenance bills for the rest of your life unless you pay 1200 dollars to exit from their program or sell it to another person perpetuating their theft, it is the most painful and disgusting scam I have ever seen. The hotels themselves are run down and full because their points system puts you in the least category, despite our loss of jobs and now disability they said we must continue to pay though now we cannot use their system because it is 30 minutes before you can reserve anything. If you want to keep throwing your money away this is the definition of greed and corporate sleaze. The managers wont help you and keep telling you they cant do anything, there is no one there who will help you or try to be reasonable. its like talking to a wall of indifference, ive never met such disappointing and useless staff who go out of their way to be rude and smug knowing they dont have to do anything to help. I will discourage every person i know and every person who i dont know who is looking for a vacation or hotel stay to avoid holiday inn, absolutely the worst worst worst program and hotel group on the planet without question and without comparison. They are the biggest scams who ripped me with more than $ 500 with dodgy business dealings. Beware of their marketing tactics as they will trick you into lucrative vacation packages and charge you $450 first time. They will never tell you that this non refundable and in case you will not able to make it plan dates They will charge you $ 100.

I was recently scammed by a sales agent into agreeing to go on a vacation. They made it seem as if I had “won” something. They also did not state that I MUST bring my wife which is in the written terms, therefor I was lied to and tricked into this without understanding the terms. Would really like a refund for this and will never be staying at IHG resorts after this horrible experience unless there is a refund posted immediately.

The biggest scam running. Do not do business with them unless you like throwing money away. You will spend thousands for absolutely no value and the only way to get rid of it is to pay thousands more, or get a foreclosure on your credit history. Nobody will want to buy this from you on the resale market. If you are considering buying a timeshare from Holiday Inn Club or any timeshare for that matter, just don’t. You will regret it.
