Holiday Inn makes it impossible to leave. Their contracts are endless. It’s frustrating to feel trapped and ignored when asking for fairness. Your time and money deserve better. Based on my experience, I don’t recommend them. Look elsewhere.

The sales process? A total freaking mess- confusing, disorganized and completely lacking any transparency. I thought things would get better once I paid off my loans- but no-all these fees started piling up. It felt like I was being squeezed and not someone cared about. If you are considering going down this road-please don't. This was a nightmare!

Their salespeople are geniuses at lying. Do not fall for anything they say. You will end up in an agreement to pay a loan off, and then continue to pay rising annual fees for the rest of your life. It is so much cheaper to vacation without a timeshare or membership.

Worst experience in my life. If you would go to one of these timeshare meetings run away. If you make the mistake and buy in, they will never have anything available. I will now make it my mission to let everyone in the world know how terrible this company is and what a rip off it is.

This timeshare is nothing like what I was promised. They sold me a misleading contract with no clear way out. They expect lifetime payments and won’t stop harassing me for payment. I want to be rid of them.

I can’t overstate how frustrating and overwhelming this experience has been. They pull you in with misleading sales tactics, and before you know it, you’re stuck in a contract that feels impossible to get out of—even after the loans are fully paid off. And just when you think it couldn’t get worse, they keep hiking up the fees, piling on even more stress. It’s exhausting. Please, avoid this company. You deserve so much better than this

This was the worst decision. Do not fall for their sales presentations. You will be stuck in a contract that never ends, even after any loan is paid off. You are stuck paying increasing fees for the rest of your life! Stay away from this company.

Avoid the trap of timeshare loans and memberships. They come with climbing fees, constant stress, and inflexible contracts that feel like a betrayal. Instead, plan your own vacations—it’s cheaper, more flexible, and far less stressful. Don’t repeat my mistake; it’s not worth it.
