Very happy with staff and service I have received. Very honest and do a great job

I have been a customer of Hogan Tire for over 30 years and have always received excellent service. I mainly go to Hogan in Woburn but Danny, the manager in the Lowell facility is totally awesome! When I purchase my new cars I always take them to Hogan for service and bypass the dealership where the cost is twice the price. I have recommended Hogan to family and friends because they don't take advantage of their customers and they get the job done right.

Our entire family uses Hogan for tires, break jobs, tire repair, and oil changes. We have been customers for over 7 years. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else for our vehicle needs.

After getting estimates on a set of 4 new tires for my truck, I compared those estimates to the quote I got from Hogan tire and was amazed at how much cheaper they were than the national chain competition and their so called "guaranteed lowest prices". I got a set of 4 tires mounted with free lifetime rotation for more than $200.00 less than all the other quotes that I received. I highly recommend going to Hogan Tire after you've shopped around and you will be happy that you did.

Purchased several sets of tires over the years for different cars from the Beverly location. We have averaged to get 25,000-30,000 miles from a set of tires for our all wheel drive Volvo XC70. However, the last set of Pirelli Scorpion Verde was exhibiting wear after 7,000 miles. During a tire rotation, the technician commented that the wear was extreme but did nothing. I should add that we paid for a 4-wheel alignment during installation. After 13,000 miles the tires were down to the wear bar and handling was poor. Being a loyal customer, I called Hogan to get there opinion and they nicely said to "bring it by". My wife brought the car over and was greeted by "Mr. Hyde". Instead of trying to address the problem and offer a solution, they started giving her attitude. They first said "it must be the way you drive". Then came "you must be hitting potholes". Then the last and more comical, "the Thule Box on the roof rack must be causing the tire wear". I want to reiterate that the wear was even on all 4 tires. It was clear they had no intention of retaining us as a customer. Major League B.S.

I have always found Hogan tire trustworthy and competitively priced. Lots of coupon discounts or other deals. Buying tires is no fun, but with Hogan I feel I have at least half a chance to get a good deal, unlike Sullivan tire.

I have been buying tires at Hogan for years. Their recommendations are extremely valuable- they really know tires and can fit the right product to your needs. Service is great too!
