I made an appointment to have 4 new tires put on my car. I received a 1:30 appointment and waited unti 3:30 before a technician informed me that I had given them the wrong tire size(my responsibility). At that point I chose another tire and was out by 4:15. It bothers me that you make an appointment and then sit for two hours before they get to my car. I understand how things back up in any business but not to let me know that you are backed up and it will take a substantial amount of time to get to your vehicle. A little honesty would help.

I've been going to Hogan Tire in Woburn for 2 years now. I have had great results with timely oil changes and 4 brand new tires. However, last visit I was told I needed a new serpentine belt, immediately. I went to a trust auto-mechanic friend in my family who took a look and said my serpentine belt was just fine and there was no need to replace it any time soon. I was sad to hear that this was true because I did have a positive relationship with Hogan. I will no longer be going there for services in the future, I just can't trust them.

Booked for only oil change and it took ove 2 hrs for the second time

Recently I experienced a 2 and a quarter hour oil change and tire rotation and, yes, I had an appointment and they knew that I was waiting. I also sent a complaint to the Westwood location a week ago but haven’t heard back. Maybe they don’t care but that would be a shame, as I’m a longtime customer

In Lowell Ma. Usually good service to a long time customer. However a very sloppy tech forgot to re-cap after an oil change on my wife's car last month. She drove up to NH after picking up the car and was quite upset as oil splattered all over the engine and smoke filled the car. She returned to Hogan and the oil cap was found on the windshield under the edge of the hood. Sloppy and now reconsidering returning to Hogan Tire in the future.

We had a few visits to the hogan tire in Woburn for tires, rear rotors etc.. with no problems. In our last visit our Legacy (of the time) needed a set of tires and an oil change. Left with problems and a couple days later noticed the car was leaking, I thought it was something unrelated to the last work it had gotten. Turns out the oil plug was left untighten and oil was draining slowly out of the oil pan leaving a nice spot on our driveway. Ended up going to a local mechanic and getting a new oil change Again, disappointed to see this happen ...

My booked appointment for an oil change was for 8:30. Since I live about a half mile down the street I walked home, then walked back at 10:00. My van was not touched. Obviously, this fell through the cracks of a very busy business. To their credit, they got it in right away. I also asked for them to check the air pressure light for the tires. They forgot to do that. As I was driving off the lot, I came back and they took the van right away into the bay to fix this issue. I have done business with them for the past few years, and most of the time the service is excellent.
