Always reliable. The only problem this time was that it look them forever to get my two new tires, because they are hard to find tires and they were off-site. There was a mixup with the place that supplied the tires and this resulted in a truck going back and forth between the two facilities. At least they admitted it was their fault and I was given a discount at checkout.

had a 2PM appointment for a change-over to snow tires and wasn't seen until after 3PM and not done until 5PM. I realize they were extremely busy, really busy, and this is the first time coming to Hogan that this has happened. Will come back.

I've dealt with Hogan Tires for several years and am usually very satisfied. However, this last visit was quite UNsatisfactory!. I had a 12:00 PM appointment to purchase 4 new Blizzak snow tires. I arrived on time and planned to return to pick up my car in an hour's time. When I arrived at 1:15 PM, I was told that the car was not yet ready. My car was eventually ready at 3:00 PM. I had to wait 3 hours to have 4 tires put on. Totally ridiculous. I must say that the Service Mrg. was apologetic and polite.

Staff were very helpful and schedule was to my satisfaction. My issues are with the significant increase in prices at Hogan Tire . What was once a dependable and cost effective alternative to service at a dealership has now become cost prohibitive and will lead me back to a certified car dealership for the minimal difference in prices.

The tires ( Michelin) have reduced my mileage by about 4 mpg; when I asked for a recommendation, this was one of the recommendation tires. Not happy.

Fixed one issue and created another not entirely pleased

Service seems slow. It always seems to take a long time. Suggest maybe setting expectations of how long the service is expected to take when booking the appointment so customer can plan accordingly. Particularly for routine maintenance. Staff are always very pleasant!

James and Chris were extremely nice and informative....once I was able to reach them. Before walking in to the store, I called and couldn't get an off-hours answer or voice mail option. I also couldn't get hours of operation off the company website. So, in the end, good work. I got one day service which was huge. But it wasn't the easiest process.
