Hivelocity has been a really reliable partner as far as communication, billing, and most importantly, tech support. We are a local government and have certain requirements and Hivelocity has always gone the extra mile to accommodate us. We recently had a complicated (to us) issue and support came to our rescue with a restore point. They stayed in constant communication thru the process, and we had all our users up and running. The level of support is the best I have seen in over 25 years of working in IT and software development. Thanks Hivelocity!
