We have been using Hivelocity services for over 10 years, they are great partners and essential for the reliability of our webhosting business. They are always ready to help, have a very reliable and stable network, and excellent professionals to help with technical questions and even good price deals.

Seriously, Hivelocity is the best thing that happened to us server wise. These guys are the best, I mean best server config, best pricing , the best support. We run our 4 eCommerce websites on HiVelocity and never had issues with the server and their support team is always promptly there for us. I highly recommend their service, Look no further.

Fast, reliable and great customer support

The support team is not good, they always put in my face that I have some few hours of support and I need to pay more to have more support, but I never know how many hours I have, it's not clear. Many times I lost time because support team not read all the ticket to understand the problem. I avoid ask help, because, almost always I have headache. The service is stable, only the support need to improve.
