I hired 2 workers to remove rock
I hired 2 workers to remove rock. I paid a hauling fee of $600 up front and when the job was done (which it wasn't) I was to pay the final $600. The two high school kids came an hour late with one wheel barrow that had no wheel! They had to carry the barrow full of rock from the back yard to the front yard so this drastically impacted the time to complete the job. I emailed Eric to let him know the situation and to ask him to send two working wheelbarrows so these kids could do their job. No response at all. They also took a half hour lunch so the total work time ended up being 1 1/2 hours. When the 4 hours were up they came to my door and would not leave until I paid them. I contacted Eric to let him know that this was not acceptable. He has never followed up with me and now I'm out $1200 and 1/3 of the job was done. I reached out many times by his email address as this is the only way you can contact this company but he will not respond. This is not what I would expect from a 'Christian' organization. Also the only way you can pay them is thru Venmo. I finally received a response 3 years later! This is a joke. Why no response in a timely manner. I want a refund!

Thank you for reaching out, and we are deeply sorry for your experience. Arriving an hour late, showing up with broken equipment, and failing to respond to your emails are entirely unacceptable service breakdowns on our end. You hired us to complete a job efficiently, and it is the crew leaders responsibility to equip the team properly so you receive the full value of the service. We take full responsibility for the lack of communication and the incomplete rock removal. Please reach out to us directly so we can rectify this immediately.
