Hi Jen, Thank you for leaving us a 5-star review! Moving a 10-yard dumpster's worth of rock in 8 hours is heavy work, so we’re thrilled to hear that Caleb, Maxton, Jack, and Davis tackled it with such great professionalism and polite attitudes. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to working with you again in the future!

I'm saddened to hear about your negative experience, Samantha. It is true that we do charge a 1 hour fee if customers need to cancel or reschedule their originally booked time, given the inconvenience for us and our service providers. That said, we do occasionally make exceptions to this policy depending on the explanation for the change, as well as how much advance notice is provided. In your situation, it was a last minute change and, in my opinion, the work could have been sufficiently completed without you on the property (which was your reason for the rescheduling request).
