If not for this representative and all of her help I wouldn’t have purchased
I want to say , I had a lot of questions , embarrassing questions and I got to talk to a Jess , she was perfect for me , she treated me like family and took away my uncomfortable questions , she was an angel , she was so helpful and kind , made the process of ordering simple , I couldn’t of done it without her , I will never forget her , your employee was the best chat person I’ve ever had that accually represented the products and was so knowledgeable.. please give her a raise , to keep her as she is good for your company ! She’s a real keeper . A valuable asset to your company, recognize her and praise her please , Thank you for listening , and thank you Jess ! I give you a 5 stars

A couple of notes to help you with…
A couple of notes to help you with future orders: - An email letting you know what's happening between the order purchase date, and shipment is helpful. I was SUPER impressed that you got this here from Hong Kong though in a matter of a couple of days once actually shipped. I just think being more communicative about the time frame is helpful. - I received my box but it was damaged (the outside of the box mostly) - definitely scraped up the bag that it came in a bit because the box was damaged all the way through. However it does seem to be ok on the inside as you did a great job with packing! Just the carrying bag is a little rough now. - Can not wait to try it out.
