Purchased 5 ties, after receiving them, I decided to return them unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Return policy stated that you could return the items within 30 days unused, unopened. When I reached out to the return service contact email, they responded: "We do not have an overseas warehouse in the USA and cannot handle your returns. If you need to return the item, you need to return it to the domestic warehouse in China, and you need to bear the customs declaration fees and shipping costs. Of course, it may cost you more, then we will refund you after receiving the goods and inspecting them. To make up for your loss, we would like to provide the 20% discount coupon code "K20" for you with no threshold to use. You can keep the ties for yourself or give it as a gift to friends and family. This is the least time-wasting method for you." So no refund, just a coupon code to order more ties that I don't want. I will be donating the ties and never purchasing from Hisdern again.

We paid for expedited shipping and were promised delivery by May 8. It is now May 15 and we still do not have the product. Customer service has been formulaic and unhelpful. The latest email said we could return it to China at our expense. Update - We received little customer attention until we posted an unfavorable review. Then we started getting emails trying to explain and offering a bribe of a $50 credit if we would take down the poor review. Skeezy company - Ties were for a performance ensemble at a high school, for a performance on May 14. Expedited shipping promised delivery on May 8. They got here the day after school was out, May 21.
