This is a game changer. My experience has been amazing. I love this. Audio podcasts are the new wave. I have listened to audio podcasts. Now I get to create audio podcasts for my fans. I love it. If you are interested in starting a podcast, this is the easiest way.

Simple, Reliable, and Client-Friendly
I've been using Hiro.fm to deliver my **Steady** hypnosis series, and it's been great. From the creator's perspective, it's intuitive, easy to set up, and makes organizing and releasing audio content straightforward.
What I've appreciated most is how simple it is for my listeners. Signing up is quick, accessing recordings is easy, and the overall experience is seamless, even for people who aren't particularly tech-savvy. That was important to me because I wanted my clients to focus on the content, not on figuring out the technology.
The only feature I'd love to see is the ability for listeners to access their private feeds through Spotify. I realize there may be technical or platform limitations involved, but having that option would make an already excellent experience even better.

Audio Works and Builds Trust
Here’s a polished version that sounds natural, highlights the value of Hiro.fm, and focuses on the transformation rather than just the features.
Before Hiro.fm, I thought the only way to build trust with my audience was through video. That meant worrying about the right lighting, the right outfit, the right background, and making sure everything looked perfect before I could share a message.
Then I realized something important. As a health coach, I don’t actually want my clients sitting in front of another screen. I want them living their lives while still receiving support.
Hiro.fm completely changed how I coach.
Now I can stop for a few minutes, record a voice message, and turn it into a podcast episode that my clients can listen to while walking, driving, or making dinner. I can create an entire private series for a group, or even a personalized podcast for one client, speaking directly to them by name. That level of personalization is incredibly meaningful, and my clients truly value it.
We still meet on Zoom when we need to, but most of the support happens through private audio. It allows me to stay connected with my clients without adding more screen time to their day.
One of my favorite features is the ability to see when someone has opened an episode, how much they’ve listened to, and where they may have stopped. If I notice someone hasn’t listened for a few days, I can send a quick message to check in. It’s not about monitoring them—it’s about letting them know someone is paying attention and that they don’t have to do this alone.
For me, Hiro.fm isn’t just a podcast platform. It’s become an extension of my coaching practice. It helps me stay connected, provide personalized support, and be there for my clients between our sessions in a way that simply wasn’t possible before.

Thank you for sharing this, Almira. The bit about "not wanting your clients in front of another screen" says so much. Health coaching is supposed to get people back into their lives, and it's a little ironic so many programs demand the opposite ...more sitting and staring at a screen. Pop in an ear bud, go for a walk, listen...now that's the healthier option! Not to mention the psychological effect it has on the listener...dopamine hitting while your voice is in their ear. Powerful.
Thanks for trusting Hiro with your business and clients, They clearly have someone who has their back in their corner.

I love working with the Hiro FM…
I love working with the Hiro FM software ... easy to use, a good support and always adding new features to help you out to spread to your knowledge and stories into the ears of your ideal customers/listeners. So if you are an entrepreneur, get your message out and tell it with your own voice. Don't underestimate how powerful that is.
Response from Hiro.fmJul 22, 2026
Thanks Rudy! "Don't underestimate how powerful that is" deserves to be underlined, since your voice carries something no email or slide deck ever will, and most entrepreneurs sit on that advantage for years without using it.
Glad the new features keep pulling their weight for you too. We'll keep shipping if you keep sharing the stories. Appreciate the kind words about support as well, we'll pass those along.

5⭐ experience with Hiro.fm
➡️ I had a GREAT experience with Hiro.fm and their support. For my purpose, it works great.
Allows me to reach people worldwide.🏆
I discovered Hiro.fm and haven't looked back. Takes some time to learn the program, but once you master it, it is user-friendly.
Hiro.fm is a 5⭐ Podcast platform for teaching, audiobooks, etc., with the opportunity to sell your hard work. (Private Podcast program with a great leadership from Carla White.)

Thanks for your review, Dr. Rudi. Reaching people worldwide from one platform is one of the reasons we created Hiro, so we're glad it's working for your business.
I appreciate your honesty about the learning curve as well. That's something we are constantly working on making better. If you ever hit a snag, or have ideas, please share with the team. We love hearing them.
And we'll make sure Carla sees the shoutout. Thanks for the five stars and for putting your work out there.

Follow-up: Hiro's Public Response Contradicts the Evidence
**This is a follow-up to my previous review. Unfortunately, Trustpilot does not allow me to continue the existing conversation properly, so I have to respond here instead.**
Your response is exactly why I left this review.
You say that *"the refund request we have on file arrived several months after purchase."* That is simply not true.
I have already forwarded you the original email showing that my refund request was sent in **December 22nd 2025**, just after my purchase. In fact, I sent it to the very same support address that later claimed I had never requested a refund. Even after receiving that evidence, you continue repeating the same incorrect timeline publicly.
You also refer to "active use" of the platform for two weeks.
Let's be clear: I did **not** use Hiro as a customer making use of the service. I did not create content, upload any content, build anything or benefit from the platform in any meaningful way. Most of the activity you refer to was me logging in repeatedly over the following months simply to use your support chat in an attempt to get someone—anyone—to respond to my case. Ironically, the activity you now rely on as evidence of "use" largely reflects my unsuccessful attempts to obtain customer support.
The real issue is no longer the refund.
The real issue is that I spent around **seven months** chasing your support team for answers. My emails were repeatedly ignored. I only received meaningful responses after making it clear that I intended to publish my experience publicly.
Now, despite already having received my original December email as evidence, you are still publicly stating that my refund request was made months later.
Either your internal records are incomplete, or you have chosen not to review the evidence I already sent. Neither explanation inspires confidence.
I have kept every email and every communication throughout this process. Anyone reading this review can draw their own conclusions from the way this case has been handled.
**Seven months. Repeatedly ignored. Evidence already provided. Yet your public response still contradicts the documented history of this case.**
That speaks for itself.
UPDATE: after their last message where they say they are willing to continue the conversation in private I sent them a message with a copy of the email I sent tehm on the 22nd of DECEMBER , same day i purchased the access and this is their response:
Hi Yolanda,
We have reviewed this case in full on several occasions and have responded to you across multiple channels. Our decision has been communicated to you and it is final.
This matter is now closed. We will not be responding to further correspondence about it.
After more than **seven months** trying to resolve an issue with **Hiro.fm**, I've decided to share my experience publicly so others can make an informed decision before purchasing.
On **22 December 2025**, I purchased two subscriptions. Within the SAME DAY, I submitted a refund request and contacted their support team.
What followed was months of unanswered emails, repeated attempts to get help, and countless hours trying to reach a real person. Most of the activity on my account wasn't me using the platform—it was me logging in over and over again simply trying to get customer support through their chatbot, which never resolved my issue.
Months later, the company publicly claimed that **they had never received my refund request**.
The problem is that I still have the original email I sent in December, and I even forwarded it to them again as evidence. Despite that, they continued to maintain the same version of events.
After seven months of trying to resolve this directly, their final response was simply that the case was closed and they would not reply to any further correspondence.
This post isn't about asking for sympathy. It's about transparency.
Before spending your money on any online service, make sure you also research how that company treats customers **after** they have paid. In my experience, good customer support matters far more than good marketing.
Based on my personal experience, I would not purchase from Hiro.fm again.
I have retained all emails, support conversations, and correspondence related to this case.

We understand you disagree, and you've now shared that disagreement across several reviews (which goes against TrustPulse policy). We've responded in good faith, but at this point continuing the same exchange in public isn't productive for anyone, so this will be our final reply here. If any genuinely new information comes up, our support inbox remains open.
We wish you well.

I almost didn’t try Hiro because I…
I almost didn’t try Hiro because I already use Libsyn and have invested in so many different platforms and tech tools that the thought of learning another one felt overwhelming.
What changed my mind was seeing how Hiro goes beyond traditional podcast hosting. I can create and sell audio courses, offer exclusive private podcasts, build no-code sales pages, and use automated messages to keep listeners engaged—all from one platform.
Since then, I’ve become genuinely excited about switching to Hiro and exploring new ways to make my teachings more accessible to people who prefer to learn while driving, exercising, working, or going about their day. The platform offers unique features I haven’t seen combined this way in other software, and it opens up so many possibilities for serving my audience without requiring them to sit through another video course.
I’d tell anyone on the fence, especially a coach, educator, author, or course creator; to give Hiro a try. Don’t let tech overwhelm keep you from discovering a simpler and more engaging way to share your content.
Response from Hiro.fmJul 22, 2026
Thanks for sharing. We understand the "please, not another tool" feeling. Everyone's subscriptions is already overflowing. So the fact that Hiro made the cut for someone already running Libsyn says a lot.
Sounds like you found the sweet spot too: it's not really about the hosting, it's the courses, private feeds, sales pages, and automations all living under one roof. Less trying to get everything to work together, more doing what you love.
And yes, everyone is so busy! So having the chance to learn while they drive or fold laundry is almost an absolute MUST these days. Video isn't for everyone. Glad you made the jump, and thanks for talking others off the fence.
