Painful pre-emp screen for investment bank
Painful process to pre-emp screen for large investment bank. Its only been 9 days elapsed to do the report - but it felt twice as long. The kept asking for the same docs even though I could see them attached. They also ask for esoteric docs e.g. my transcript from Uni when I have uploaded the degree and its been validated with HEDD [UK academic check service]. My emp id from a job 10 years ago! The list goes on. Needless to say I have requested a copy of my report from the hiring company as I have no trust in them. I feel like telling them - just phone the institutions/companies up instead of pestering me.
