These guys were unable to verify employment within the public sector. You can literally GOOGLE MY NAME and verify I worked for the public sector. It cannot get any easier and they still failed. They do not accept Turbotax W-2's or H&R Block W-2's to verify employment... This company cannot handle working with organizations larger than itself and has a sincere problems covering the basics. For around 2 weeks I was submitting the original SSA FORM about 6 times because they could not dictate to me "Don't initial where it says (Please Initial) and we can accept it" so I was left guessing and going to kinko's every day to figure out what Fido was trying to tell me.

Terrible company. Had to send all my own documents and they still accused me of lying about my start date. Tried to tell me that they discovered that I was still working at a place that closed almost a year ago. Terrible. I have had to call applicant services several times and have spent over an hour sometimes two hours on the phone each time. Terrible company do not partner with HireRight.

So I applied for bcbs in hopes of really looking forward to working for this company mind you this was my very 3rd time applying and every time something came up except this time I had my application suspended due to my back ground from 7 years ago and mind you there’s a lot of us wanting to move on from our past and stuff like this coming from a big company holding us back and it isn’t fair! We have been doing good through out the years and never would have thought of being so hurt from being denied a position I really wanted for my career. Y’all are letting alot of good people go that have the experience and it’s sad!!! I wish y’all would be alot more considerate to us with families and are great people

This place is TERRIBLE. You'll essentially do your own background check, they'll claim they can't verify anything so you'll have to send them old paystubs, education transcripts, EVERYTHING. After I sent them a picture of my original diploma and transcripts, they kicked it back and said it wasn't acceptable...WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT!? Ended up just contacting the hr department at the job I'm going to and explained the situation to her and just sent her the diploma/transcript pictures. Worst background check experience ever.

Worst experience ever. My researcher kept saying I highlighted on my form when I clearly did not and said that my handwritten signature wasn't handwritten. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional in my opinion. I have had this issue for about a month now on the same form and have had to call customer service 6 times just to get no results still. Unreal

They will not verify anything. I had my diploma verified via fax by the diploma office twice. They do not check faxes. I uploaded my diploma they refuse to verify it. Saying the diploma office is closed until April. I called my diploma office they’re open. these people are lazy and incompetent and I am not sure I can go to work on my first day which is this Monday because they refuse to verify my education. Update: still nothing has been done by hireright to verify my diploma. I get excuse after excuse. I don’t think they do anything. All I ask is check your fax because they verified it through fax. I don’t understand why you provided a fax number to submit documents to if you refuse to check your faxes. Me and my family will be out of work because you cannot do a simple verification. I spent over $50 to verify my forms which hireright was supposed to pay for.

Working with this company has been so frustrating. Please don’t use them for your company. They are in the process of confirming my past employment. I was supposed to start four days ago. They said they called my current boss to confirm employment but I’m in constant contact with him and he said he never received a call. HireRight must have called some random number in the huge company. I’m a property manager and a tenant. For some reason HirRight put my position as a tenant. They have gotten the information for my other employment wrong as well. They also called the hospital that I did my clinical at instead of the Dr who ran the clinical so of course the hospital told them that they have never heard of me. Every time I call HireRight I have to explain the situation again and give the contact information again but they don’t do anything. They outsource the calls so every-time I talk to someone it’s a person from a different country with a very thick accent who seems to be reading from a script and they don’t understand what I’m saying. This is so frustrating I’m worried I’m going to lose this job opportunity. The hospital I’m applying to said they are stretched really thin and really need help so it’s unfortunate that they use HireRight because I’m sure they loose a lot of good candidates this way.

Horrible , and again Horrible, My background is 95 % complete and holding at 15 days this is crazy!! I have to start on 03-06-23. I have called to give them the correct contact for San Bernadino County CA Sheriff Office but yet they are saying they contacted the court house. You never get a background report unless you contact the Sheriff office of that county so why keep saying waiting on San Bernadino CA Court House. What the craziest part is each time you call you get people from different countries stating they will note this for the department requesting but yet if you did, why has San Bernadino CA Sheriff Department has not been contacted? I have had a secret clearance and it was easier than this!
