If I could give zero Stars I would. This is a useless company do not get insurance with them nothing is covered everything is a lie

Horribe insurance to have! It doesn't even cover an annual physical! Absolutely EVERYTHING you pay out of pocket and they don't tell the provider that they are not covering. Few weeks later you start having a truckload of emails with bills you were 100% sure they were paid for. Last year I had Cigna and used exactly the same services, had everything covered and paid a fraction as premium. Stay away from them, they are worth nothing!

I have not changed my insurance. I am not looking for new insurance. In the mail, unsolicited, I received a new insurance card with my name and an account number and brochure "The Legal stuff." I've tried calling to find out why this was sent to me. I cannot get a person on the phone. I googled Oscar and they appear to have no relation to my current insurance company. I would have thought this was a complete scam except I've read people actually have insurance with Oscar. I am concerned that they may send me bills for something I have not ordered.

Terrible Experience!! Yet again, Oscar failed to update me OR give proper information to me. I always have to ask for a supervisor - every call! Agents just pass you to dept to dept w/o doing their job! Don't trust any of these agents - They are all LIARS!

Evidently in 2025 someone named Lonnie Jackson with Oscar signed me up for insurance without my authorization. I did know know this until I got a letter from the IRS about sending a 1095 A and another form to them. When I called Healthcare.gov I could not even get a 1095A because there was a discrepancy in a piece of information. I was totally unaware of what had transpired until this time. Trying to get this straightened out has been a nightmare. This company inappropriately signed me up misrepresenting my personal information. I have since filed a fraud case against them for 25 and 26. Update: this company wanted additional information to prove this was a valid experience with them. How rich. Just goes to show what a fraudulent company they are.

Worst experience ever. I have been fighting them for MONTHS, over 20 calls of being led on and bounced around and told I would not have to pay for services from a provider that THEY TOLD ME was in network over the phone and on their website. Apparently they are "out of network" and I am stuck with hundreds of dollars in bills that they keep telling me they will help me with but then denying to pay anything. Absolutely worst experience with insurance in my entire life.

Coverage denial as "out of network" when it was the charges for a new born baby born via a surrogacy when we, as the parents, had no choice of the facility the surrogate used. Oscar seems to deny claims, refuses to even listen to explanations, and then requires policy holders to go through a lengthy appeal process for what should be an obvious coverage decision.
