This is my first year with this…
This is my first year with this insurance company and also my last. They are refusing to pay for half of my mammogram which is always covered 100%. They are claiming that the radiologist that reads the report is "out of network." My gynocologist is in network and that is where I had my mammogram done.

Oscar insurance is horrific
Oscar insurance left me stranded in a medical rehab (nursing home) as they could not find any provider to provide me home healthcare for my wound vac and colostomy. I eventually was discharged but have to drive to get my wound vac changed twice a week. They are denying nights at the hospital that I was 100% incoherent during and on major IV narcotics. They deserted me in my hour of need and if you call the care team it is a person at home with kids in the background that speaks limited English.

scam
Terrible service. Charged me 45€ to come say he couldn’t help and leave. Customer support is nowhere to be found.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Mom, at 77 years old broke her femur bone and was hospitalized and in surgery. Doctor put sn order for rehab. My mom lives alone. Oscar has been reviewing the cas for 5 days, and the hospital is discharging her. She can not live alone, or go to bathroom without assistance, so we do not know what to do. I have never had a worse experience in my life

This is my first time with Oscar and I…
This is my first time with Oscar and I hate it. Hardly anyone accepts their insurance and if you find a Dr that does, you have to drive over an hour and a half to an appointment. My Dr gave me 3 referrals and only one accepts my insurance. I have been waiting months for news that I can schedule appointments.

Oscar not following their own protocols ..
After having labs sent to Oscar showing my a1c climbing my sugar going higher a note written from my doctor stating I could not take metformin and that ozempic was working great for me before I got Oscar. I got Oscar because it was supposed to cover my ozempic for my sugar a1c. They denied it 3 times still denying it after my Dr showing proof that I needed it and qualified for it based on Oscars rules. At this point thinking about getting an attorney and sueing then for not following their own protocol. My doctor also very frustrated with them saying they always decline everyone.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service, always unhelpful and there is a huge breakdown in communiation, hard to understand their representatives. High co-pays and hardly cover any labs or procedures.
