Depois de ter efectuado arranjo máquina de lavar pouco tempo depois voltou exatamente ao mesmo problema visto q passaram os 15 dias teria de pagar novo arranjo.

Envían a personas que no están dados de alta ni como autónomos ni por cuenta ajena, ya que no pueden estarlo al no tener permiso de trabajo en España. Quién se hace cargo si sufren un accidente limpiando en tu casa? Seguro que OSCAR no, la persona que vino no es un profesional, hizo lo que "pudo" y "sabía", dejando la casa fatal. Era una limpieza profunda y tras venir dos veces sigue todo mal🤦, un desastre.

Le pongo una estrella porque si no no me deja escribir. Contraté una limpieza a fondo de una vivienda por cambio de inquilino, y he tenido que volver yo a limpiar. Las lámparas ni las tocaron, los rodapiés, ni los tocaron. Los azulejos, una pasada si más. Con las mismas bayetas limpiaron polvo, baños, cocina...les daba igual. Tuve que bajar a comprarles bayetas. Un verdadero desastre. Lo que sí recomiendo es la limpieza de sofá. Esa la hicieron aparte, y me gustó.

I spoke with Oscar representatives more than 10 times and the told me and the doctor the procedure was covered. However, after the procedure was done, they refused to cover it, claiming it was “experimental.” This is a procedure that has been FDA-approved for over 10 years. If you’ve experienced a similar situation, please contact me. I am gathering people for a class-action lawsuit against Oscar Health Insurance.

Oscar and every other company who's customer service isn't based in America are all scammers at this point! No one is ever able to give you a straight answer, solve your problem or connect you with someone who can. Then they try to tell you that you still owe money for your monthly premiums although you don't.

I canceled my oscar insurance plan in November of 2024 and I'm still receiving mail from them to my home address they send me so much it's just crazy I called and told them to stop and it's still coming SMH I'm fed up!!

Like most insurance nowadays, Oscar is pretty bad, they will deny most of the claims and will go as far as denying anesthesia coverage for colon screening or refusing to pay for an hospital night stay which has been ordered by the hospital itself. Their coverage goes up significantly every year, the deductible is insane and every claim is a fight to make sure it is covered. They make you believe they are on their customer side but the facts prove otherwise. Do not sign up with Oscar, take your time to find a real insurance coverage.

I am very worried. Customer service seem like call centers that are not in the US which is scary. This OBAMACARE is bullshit. If you are middle class you are screwed. Who has 50% to pay for premium life saving prescriptions?????? I wish I lived in Canada for real.
