Make sure you dont need a big authorization, you will never get it . I was doing my infusion which was authorized by them and they canceled it stating its too expensive , I didn't complain when their insurance rate went up . I am definitely leaving them , my Dr submitted multiple request for treatment and they denied it. Hate their ASS. Wish I could give zero stars

Das piores limpezas que eu vi na minha vida,veio uma senhora com o filho limpar me a casa,produtos de limpeza super pop limão da louça,era uma limpeza profunda nem superficial foi,o meu quarto ficou as mesas de cabeceira em baixo por limpar,não desarredaram a nada,casa de banho não limparam os azulejos na cozinha não limparam azulejos nem armários nem em cima dos armários,as portas da casa não foram limpas ,o pó que tinha num compartimento da casa ficou igual,expliquei tudo direitinho foi tudo a pressão,e perguntou me o que ainda havia por fazer para o marido a vir buscar quando soube que o marido estava perto foi o descalabro nada concluiu,tenho muita pena que não se pode mandar fotos do que não foi limpo e o que fazem para ver como e triste pagarmos e ficar um trabalho tão mal feito,se são assim na casa dos outros imagino na casa delas,foi muitoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo mauuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu por mim nem uma estrela dava até uma criança fazia melhor,fui enganada não voltarei a repetir nem recomendo

Não é mau é péssimo…vieram limpar um sofá sem qualquer profissionalismo…encharcaram totalmente o chão de parquet que descolou…um horror

We finished our taxes over a month ago but we hadn’t received our 1095B form from Oscar’s+cigna. I called them and updated address etc and they promised I have it a week later. After a week no form in the mail, they can’t email it to you or send it to your portal(FOR WHAT STUPID REASON I HAVE NO IDEA). When I call back the next agent says it will take two weeks and we can’t contact Cigna to expedite it!! Wtf? Oscar isn’t allowed to contact Cigna, are you joking!? Another two weeks go by and no form. I call back again and demand it be sent to my portal as taxes are due the next day. Agent again states that they can’t contact Cigna directly and we have to wait for them to respond and I’ll call you in the am. Morning goes by and no call back. I call again and the agent see all the notes and tries to contact Cigna again to no avail. I ask for a supervisor, he’s on the phone, so he will call me back when he’s done. Well, John H. the supervisor never calls me back nor does he call the next day! So now I have to file an extension because these idiots can’t send me a simple form over the course of a MONTH! THEY TAKE $15,000 a year from me AND THEY DONT HAVE THE COURTESY TO SEND THE FORM OR RESPOND OR CALL BACK THEIR CUSTOMER WHO NEEDS A SIMPLE TAX FORM! If they’re not capable of this then who the hell would trust them with insurance of my family’s health? Sure as hell not me! So thank you John H., I’ll be taking my $15,000 and spending on a company that is organized and follows through! Not some bureaucratic dumpster like Oscar+Cigna that shows complete disdain for their customers and completely fails to do their due diligence. WHAT IF I NEEDED AN APPROVAL FOR A SERIOUS OR LIFE THREATENING SURGERY, ARE THEY GOING TO TELL ME I HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE IF CIGNA RESPONDs? What a joke of a company. IF YOU VALUE YOUR FAMILYS HEALTH AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! In regards to their response: The issue had been “escalated” three times already! It’s now May 1st and I still haven’t received it! You’ve already proven that emails and phone calls and message don’t work so thanks for the pre scripted generic useless reply, it’s exactly what a company like yours does. You fake like your responsive to look good on TrustPilot and then you brush it under the rug to let someone else deal with the problem so it never gets resolved! Pathetic!

Hands down the worst "health insurance "carrier I have ever had. Hard to get pre-approval accepted & they will deny without sending notifications. Many medical practices do not accept Oscar.

I have had it with Oscar when it comes to family members dealing with them. I decided to NEVER use Oscar after their experience. They switched to Oscar from a different insurance company. Then Oscar denied the diabetic medication for a family member. For two weeks, they couldn't get anything and ended up in the emergency with an extremely high blood sugar. Oscar finally gave them a different medication. And THAT medication causes ketoacidosis so they ended up in the hospital again!!! Had Oscar just let them have the one that they were already on, this would have NEVER happened!!! And now an intense bill because of Oscar's stupidity!!!!! Oscar NEEDS TO PAY BECAUSE OF THIS!!!! DON'T GET OSCAR!!!! RUN AWAY!!! AND OSCAR, DON'T YOU DARE MENTION EMAILING!! I WON'T EMAIL AN INSECURE EMAIL!!!
