If I could give a 0, I would. This is my first year with Oscar. It's already the worst insurance I've had with my employer in 24 years. They take unreasonable amounts of time to review claims, and have denied or try to deny everything my doctor has tried to prescribe this year. Been trying to get a CPAP machine for (3) months now, and still fighting them for it, despite sleep lab results overwhelming showing that I have sleep apnea.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I had to get Oscar to (partially) cover one of my medications. I was paying $25 a month, on top of the $285 for my actual insurance. Then, after collecting the $25 from me this month, they sent me a bill saying that next month I have to pay over $580! No notice or anything, and they claim that they can't terminate the policy, but I had to through Marketplace. It's not my main insurance and isn't listed on Marketplace. Instead of helping me, even a little bit, they just respond that I have to do it. HOW??? This isn't an insurance company. It's a scam against the disabled! Stay away from this "company"! They do nothing but take your money and won't even help you.

Pésimo servicio. Pasados 56 minutos de la hora acordada de llegar para el servicio y luego de mas 5 llamadas sin respuesta, escriben diciendo que no se podrá realizar lo contratado por un "imprevisto".

La culpa no es de la trabajadora que hizo todo lo que pudo y más!La empresa manda solo a una persona y no da herramientas suficientes, cuando yo contrato limpieza a fondo de ventanas persianas,campana,vitro,horno,baño y paredes más los productos de limpieza aparte,ni cepillos especiales para suelos y juntas ni productos para la pared que mande foto de todo lo que había que limpiar. todo se cobra por separado un timo xq no hay nada a fondo hecho.y claro una persona sola no puede hacer todo eso bien pulido. Repito la trabajadora un 10 hizo todo lo que pudo y más. La empresa es un timo q gasta en los influencer le mandan varias personas para q nos engañen. Vergonzoso

I’m extremely disappointed in Oscar Health. Months after receiving physical therapy while insured through Oscar, I was suddenly hit with a bill for $3,003.76 — with zero warning and no explanation of any denied claims. At no point did I receive a formal denial notice or Explanation of Benefits detailing what was rejected, why, or what my appeal rights were. I’ve now spent over two hours on the phone trying to get basic answers that should have been communicated clearly and proactively. The representative I spoke to said the issue is being “looked into” and that I won’t hear back for at least two weeks. That’s unacceptable when your system failed to notify me in the first place. Oscar, this is not how you treat your members. If you want to be taken seriously as a health insurance provider, start with transparency and take ownership when things go wrong. I'm still waiting for a proper explanation and resolution.

Muy informales y muy poco capacitados. Nosotros compramos un ventilador de techo. Se tuvieron que ir porque no supieron montarlo. Decían que estaba defectuoso. Fuimos al corte ingles y allí nos lo montaron. No estaba defectuoso. Quedamos en que volvían al día siguiente y todavía estamos esperando. Impresentables a más no poder.

A waste to say the least. The app never works, recommends doctors that are not only out of city, but out of state. Recommends doctors and says they can do procedures even though they aren’t covered. For example, my father has blood clots he was supposed to get viewed today, only to find out the scan needed isn’t covered after confirming it was weeks prior. It’s a disgusting scam.

Les pido factura repetidas veces de un servicio que hicieron de tecnico de frigorífico y no la envían de ninguna manera , solo contestaciones automáticas de que la van a solicitar . Por lo tanto empresa que no actúa legalmente ya que la factura tienen obligación de darla . Teniendo en cuenta este incumplimiento ya hasta dudo de que el técnico que me enviaron estuviera cualificado . Dijo que se había roto el compresor de la nevera y que no merecía la pena arreglarla . 90 € por la visita y sin tener la seguridad de que fuera experto . No recomiendo esta web . Creo que te sacan el dinero y no dan ninguna garantía . El servicio al cliente inexistente , solo mensajes automáticos . Realizaré una reclamación en consumo por no enviarme la factura solicitada desde el 26/04/2025 .
