Great prices, fast service.

Ordered a product off the website. I received a follow up email stating the reloading press I was ordering was a "high fraud item" and that they wanted me to send them a copy of my Drivers License (something a business has no right to). After all, I had already given them my billing and shipping address in the order, why would they need my ID? Needless to say, I asked for the order to be cancelled. Personal opinion: shop elsewhere. Maybe they're trust worthy, maybe they're not. I certainly couldn't tell. Edit: in response to the reply, the vendor could have taken 3 minutes to look up either of my addresses to verify they match the information I paid with. Both residences are linked directly with my name. They could have even called me directly as they had my phone number. I’ve made 100’s of online purchases and have never once been asked to send someone my drivers license for unrestricted products. I also don’t like to be made to feel like a criminal when all I’m trying to do is make a purchase. It rubbed me the wrong way and made me suspicious. Edit2: After charge posted to my account, refund for charges was received. I still didn't enjoy my experience, but they did refund my purchase.

Fair pricing the flat rate shipping is great. Always quick service from Hinterland.

First purchase with Hinterland Outfitters. Very satisfied with delivery, arrived on time, packaged well. Have had bad experience with other suppliers, poor packaging, orders not received / delivered to incorrect address posted by supplier. Product from ordered from Hinterland received on time, packaged properly and worked just as advertised.

Case of shotgun shells appeared to have been dropped or mishandled in transit or in the warehouse. Had to open about half of the boxes to check the shells. They appeared to be in good shape.

Order was shipped expeditiously. Good selection .
