Our estimated processing time is clearly presented during checkout and in our emails, and you acknowledged and agreed to those terms when placing your order. This timeframe is very much in line with industry standards and is by no means unusual. In fact, many of our orders ship out sooner, though some may take a bit longer depending on product type and volume. While we understand the expectation for fast shipping in today’s Amazon-driven world, the products we offer—such as firearms, ammunition and other regulated items — are not everyday consumer goods. They require careful handling, age verification, and compliance with federal, state, and carrier regulations. Despite that, we very frequently ship orders faster than estimated when possible, as we did with your order. Thank you for your feedback. We understand that you're upset about the separate shipping charges for your three separate orders, which were each placed individually by you. As outlined on our website, we process and ship orders as promptly as possible to ensure fast delivery for all our customers—which is exactly what we did in this case. After waiting until well into the next day to contact us, your orders were already in progress, making it impossible to combine them at that point. Had you contacted us shortly after you placed the three separate orders, perhaps by sending a quick email instead of calling us the next day, we might have been able to accommodate your requests. For those who prefer a single shipment, placing one consolidated order is the best way to avoid multiple shipping charges. We work hard to provide a streamlined process, and we're sorry if quickly and efficiently processing and shipping the three orders that you placed caused any inconvenience.

Sorry to hear that you didn't have an excellent shopping experience with us. As we note in our shipping policies, all firearm orders may have up to 5 business days of processing time before they are ready for shipment - certainly not 2 weeks. Your order shipped out after only 4 business days of processing time (well within the promised time period), and was delivered to your dealer a few business days later. Expedited shipping methods are available as options during the checkout process, in addition to the low flat-rate shipping option that you selected for your order.
