We're sorry to hear you had an issue with your item—but this is the first we’re hearing about it. If you had contacted us directly, we would’ve been glad to assist—either by arranging a return if it fell under our return policy, or by helping you connect with the manufacturer for warranty support. We stand behind the products we sell and are always here to help resolve any issues when given the opportunity. We encourage customers to reach out to us first so we can make things right.
