The boots are comfortable and quite…
The boots are comfortable and quite lightweight, but the quality isn't very good for the $599 I paid for them. They're not worth it. I've only worn them about 5 times, and the cold and water penetrated after walking for about 3 hours in the snow, and they've already started to come apart.

These boots for what they cost are very…
These boots for what they cost are very disappointing. They are very noisy and squeaky. I would normally put baby powder in boots if they were to make that kind of noise. Please advise as to what to do. I have wore them 3 times to work and they continue. Pretty embarrassing. I am not happy with my purchase. Again, please advise as what to do. Thanks.

No Inventory
You don’t have my boot size, poor inventory availability. I need an insulated 13.5 or 14 EE. I cannot order what you don’t stock. Disappointed, Joe G.

The whole process is a mess
The whole process is a mess. I paid to have them returned and still have not received credit back for returning . Paid $69.00 am then I was informed id need to pay duty tax but have no way of knowing how much the duty tax is and no one has responded to let me kno nor give me a way to pay . I’m now out of pocket close to $400 and dnt even have the pants and zero communication

Hello Jerry, as our support team stated in the emails to you, if you send the package via DHL you will not pay any taxes since we have contract with them, but if you choose another courrier then you have to pay taxes.

I bought the alpha rain jacket and rain pants . Trying to return anything is a nightmare
I bought the alpha rain jacket and rain pants off of Hillman’s website. I received in the mail and immediately tried on. I couldn’t even get them on they were sized super small and didn’t fit my body type. I ordered and measured exactly how they told me to. I emailed and called them several times in the next 2 weeks trying to get return directions for a refund. After finally after 2 weeks they finally emailed back directions and set up a return label. Conveniently in there return policy your supposed to return with 14 working days. How do you do this when you can’t get someone to answer phone or emails. I’m disappointed in the customer service and after I shipped back it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting on a refund.

Not great at all
Had the boots less than 3 years and the side has split on the seam. They have only done light hunting, mostly clay shooting events and dog walking as I have larger boots from a different brand Disappointed spending £300 plus for boots only to last a short time and they were treated as recommended Edit. Great copy and paste response with no actual support

I ordered a medium size pack and got a large. It’s okay for my husband or one of my sons can use it. I’m only 5 ft tall, and it’s a little big for my height. Yet, the price is perfect for what I got it. Thank you great backpack and deal on your bag.
