We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. We have reviewed your case and found that you have spoken several times over the phone with our representative and have also had email communication. You have received detailed information about the replacement conditions and a return shipping label. We noticed that you tried contacting us on Saturday and Sunday, which are non-working days when we do not answer calls. You have placed three orders in our system. In your first order, you mistakenly ordered the wrong model of boots, specifically the 2.0 Dryhunt Hunting Boots, size 10, and accused us of making a mistake in the shipment. You then requested to exchange them for the 2.0 Aerogel Hunting Boots, and after receiving guidance from our representative, you placed a second order but selected a smaller size. The smaller pair of boots did not fit you, for which we are not at fault, and you requested to exchange them for a size 10. You received a return label from our representative to return both pairs of boots. Once your package arrived at our warehouse, you were issued a voucher for our website, allowing you to order the 2.0 Aerogel Hunting Boots in the correct size 10, and your refund was processed accordingly.
