Refund promised but made impossible as consumer must send back to China and no refund is to be expected.

Dont buying anything from his company (also shown as " clickmob"). Cannot return product to a USA location. Given Chinese address to return with shipping costs more than product value. Will not give USA shppong address it came from.

If I could have rated it a -1, I would have. I ordered a heated vest. For starters, there was a TEAR in the pocket where I could have dug out the USB port. Secondly, one of the seams must have been ripped and they hand sewed it with white thread (vest black). It is so cheaply made. I exchanged several message with them and they won’t make good on it. They said it was too expensive to send back so they would give me a $10 credit to buy something else from them. Why would anyone buy another poor quality product from them. NEVER, NEVER buy from this unethical company. They have a fantastic website but that’s it.

The glasses had no distance vision and the 3.0 strength I ordered was inaccurate. When I wanted to return them for the defective product that they were, I was told I would have to ship them to China even though they were shipped to me from Kentucky, USA. This is a Chinese scam.

I ordered some heated gloves. They didn’t get warm. Wanted to send them back. After contacting them they said they would give me 8.00 refund on an 80.00 order because they said to ship the gloves back would be 50.00-80.00 cost . Terrible service!!!

I agree with all the negative reviews! I ordered their reading glasses which were terrible and then they only offer an $8.00 refund because it costs too much to send it back to China even though they are mailing it from California!! Now they have my credit card info and they seem like crooks.
