It’s a total scam. They took me for $50. Don’t order from this company.

First of all this product comes from China, which I wish I had done more research to figure that out. Therefore it took approximately 3 weeks to arrive. I followed the instructions on how to properly charge the item before use only for it to turn on but not function. The only way to contact this company is by email which they did respond and they requested me to send them a video of the issue. I sent the video of the massage not functioning and they email me back that due to the fact that it has to be returned to China and I am responsible for the return shipping it would not be cost effective for me to return the item. They requested for me to accept an $8 refund!!!! I paid $70 and can't quite understand how I'm in the wrong here. I paid for an item that I actually want, it doesn't work amd they want to give me $8 back!!! Keep your $8 I only hope I can save at least one other person from dealing with this fraudulent company, spend your money elsewhere, wish I had!!

I ordered a pair of these heated gloves based upon posted reviews. After I ordered & they had my money, I learned the gloves were coming directly from China with no arrival date. After they arrived, I found they require AA batteries instead of being rechargeable as advertised. Gloves never worked. They heated up & then shut off. Instructions said change the batteries. I bought brand new batteries. Same thing. Heated up one time & shut off. Chinese junk!!! Order from Amazon! I contacted PayPal for a refund. Hilipert will take returns but YOU pay the shipping to China. I paid shipping when purchased & not paying it again. Will see if I ever get my money back! I would rate them below 1 star if possible! Lesson learned.

I recently ordered what I thought was a small wire or metal sculpture of a branch with some Seaglass birds perched on it. It cost me $44. I just got it in the mail and it is literally a piece of paper on which somebody photocopied a picture of a stick, and then glued some small pieces of Seaglass onto it, and then used a marker to put one dot on each that is supposed to be an eye, and then hand little tiny beaks onto the paper. What an absolute rip off. The only reason I am giving one star is it was required in order to be able to leave it review. Stay away from this company. It’s absolute trash.

Scam, neck messager doesn't work.

This company is a scam! Do not buy anything from them. I purchased a pair of heated gloves for $85.00. They arrive and don't work. I email customer service to replace them and they tell me they will give me $7 to replace them. They state that the return has to be sent to China and the return postage is $70.00. They will give me $7 to keep them and not return the gloves. So my choice is spend an additional $70 to return the gloves or keep the gloves and they will give me $7.00 as a refund. Awful product and awful company!

0 ZERO Stars apply. What a scam. Bought 2 sets of birds, supposed to be on a birch wood branch. The pieces of glass are glued to a piece of paper with a branch drawn with a marker. 80.00 down the drain. No response for a return/refund. Don't fall for it. SCAMMERS....

Neck massager arrived in a damaged box and I am trying to return it. This company provides the worst customer service! I feel so stupid for having purchased this neck, massager as a gift. I can’t even try it to see if it works properly because the return policy states it must be returned unused. What they don’t tell you on their website is that you have to send it to China and pay $50-$80 to return this. I will be reviewing this product on every site I find if the company does not honor this return of a damaged product without a fee. I have the customer service email offering me an eight dollar credit for something that probably doesn’t even work. The return fee is more than the $69 cost of the product. I will continue to write reviews with this experience until the company resolves this.
