1st problem: Shipping. Impossible to correct shipping address once ordered. 2nd problem: battery for electric vest is not included and they do not sell battery or give you any information on what is required for a battery. 3rd problem: Customer service from China is the worst. 4th and main problem: Product ordered for Christmas Present was not received and Im still trying to get the product I paid for.

Ordered sports watch glucose monitoring etc. Looks like they sent a possible previous return. No instructions , screen hard to read and slow to react. They offered me an 8.00 refund. Return shipping should be on them ? There is a New Jersey return address on package. They want the package sent back to China. Stay away. Ordered another product from them before receiving the watch. My bad. Received half the order. Sent them a message stating never received battery pack. Supposedly the battery ships separately as per there note in package. No response from them. The item is not usable without the power pack Quality of both items is very poor.

Purchased a Vest This did not come to me in the size that I requested. That is their mistake!!!! The vest does NOT come with a battery?????? I emailed support the same day I received the vest and got a response the next day saying, I would need to pay for shipping back and that it would cost approx $50-$80 USD. If that wasn't an option they would refund me $8.00....WHAT??? SCAM...SCAM...SCAM Will dispute this with my CC and see if they can help. DO NOT BUY! Cancel your orders before they ship so you don't lose money

Junk! If it heats up, it only works when you are plugged into an electrical outlet with the 6 inch cord in the pocket. That means you can't actually go anywhere, like outside, or do anything, besides drink maybe. If you read the part that says battery not included, it's not clear that a battery is actually required for the jacket to work when you are not tethered to the wall, and there is no mention of what battery is needed. What a scam!

I just ordered and received 4 Flynova Pro Flying Spinners as holiday gifts for my grandkids. None of them work as advertised. These units a pieces of crap. Do NOT waste your money as I did.

Ordered Christmas gifts. Received a confirmation but the tracking order took me to a site that did not work. I sent emails requesting clarificiton that order was going to arrive in time for Christmas, with no responses. They did not have a phone number to contact them at and any email attempts went into a dark hole.

I received the neck massager today and it is junk. Crap. After playing with it I finally got it to do little jolts of energy. Certainly does not help sore necks. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing this. I have emailed the company and no response. $70 just thrown away. I am so sick of crap from China! And I am so sick of ordering things and being ripped off left and right. We cannot trust ANYONE OR ANYTHING anymore.
