You have to return the vest to China, which you have to pay. The cost of shipping is too high, possiblly higher than the price of the vest. The quality is not very good. Heat is not uniform through the vest

I normally check out the reviews for companies I'm not familiar with but I didn't this time and I got screwed it seems. I ordered the neck massager on Dec 15 and haven't even seen a tracking number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FOOLS!!! THEY'RE SCAMMERS!!!

Do not buy this product. They sent me wrong sizes offered me $8.00 refund

First, the vest (at $80) does NOT come with a battery. Its cheap, thin and not worth $10. Second, they sent me an XXL when I ordered a large and then told me I had to pay $25 to return it and another $15 to ship a new one in the CORRECT size. So, $105 for a vest worth $10 that doesnt fit and doesn't work (because theres no battery!)

I ordered a pari of heated gloves. It took three weeks from China. Could not track it. Once I received the gloves, they were too large for my wife's hands. Asked for a refund. said they would but I would have to pay the postage back to China at a cost of $50.00+. They offered a meager discount to keep them. Do not order anything from this company. This is no way to run a business. They don't tell you any of this in their advertising. If I could, I would rate them below a one.

I wish I had seen these reviews before buying FOUR heated vests. They don't come with a battery pack and the sizes are completely off. So absolutely angry that this business even exists.

I bought a chain saw sharpener that clearly states it is good for electric chain saws. It did not fit two brands of saw. It is brand new. Customer service says it’s too expensive to send back to China do they offered me $8. A useless product and a scam. Avoid them!
