Fake

I ordered a glass horses head with leather reigns and full of bourbon, what I received is an empty horses head without the bourbon or leather. They refuse to refund me!!!

So I bought a pair of their heated gloves only to find one of the gloves was defective so after paying to send them back which was outrageous the package was returned to me for whatever reason so more money lost. Now they won’t even return my emails regarding this and I want me refund obviously and now my shipping I wasted just to have it returned to me! I work hard for my money and don’t need to be ripped off! I wouldn’t order from this company!!!

I ordered a seahawks decanter for 39.99 which I would like to say was horrible but it never even showed up. Total scam avoid this company if it even is a company like the plaque!!

Clicked an ad saying I could order an aircon until to arrive tomorrow, when I ordered they automatically added €10 insurance, and the confirmation email said 25 business days to arrive. They have not responded to any emails, the confirmation page and website give no way to cancel. I have reported them to the credit card company. They were trading as Totsoo.com for whom no details can be found.

I wish I could give it 10 zeros. I ordered a burbon horse head as advertised for $70. What I got was a little shitty empty horse head. What a scam, so dangerous to order online and did not know it was coming from china, the worst place to get anything from.

I ordered a shoulder massager that was advertised to heal rotator cuff injuries. This was advertised with 30 day money back guarantee for the $79 item. The box came about 2 weeks later and I tried the massager for 2 weeks. It was impossible to put it on myself and the heat mode was barely noticeable. I requested a refund through their online support and they told me that they would refund me $8 and I needed to pay for the return shipping to China which would cost $60-70. Simply beyond stupid. Don’t order anything from this company (Hilipert).
