I bought the Hewelth Relief chain therapy device and I paid $73.48 USD. The device was faulty and I tried to return and get a refund. Only after this I became aware of the unknown policy of return within 30 days at my own expense. An office in China suggested to return the product at my cost ($66:00) to get a refund. They offered me $20.00 to keep the device. No other option available. I agree this company is a scam.

Die Firma verkauft Produkte, die unter elektronischen Medizinprodukten laufen, die man nur nach China zurücksenden kann, was aber gesetzlich nicht so ohne Weiteres möglich ist. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Unternehmen hat sehr schnell auf eine Nachfrage reagiert, das finde ich gut. Ich habe heute den Skelett-Biker bekommen. Er ist aus bedrucktem Blech. 31cm lang und 21cm hoch. Dazu noch ein Erdstab mit 76cm Höhe. Schade, die Fotos auf der Werbung vermitteln einem ein ganz anderes Bild. Darauf scheint ein komplettes 3D-Skelett zu sitzen. Außerdem macht es den Eindruck einer edlen Verpackung in Form von einer Holzkiste. Der Karton war allerdings 2 cm hoch und sonst entsprechend der Abmessungen des Biker-Blechs.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HILIPERT COMPANY. i ordered a product on 4/9 at 4am and cancelled it at 10am same day. Talked to a live person. Their cust svc # is very hard to find, they do have a US Number listed in Minnesota, poor guy there is just a regular person and is getting all these complaint calls. Their REAL CUST SVC # is 833-949-1266. All they can say is i'm sorry i can't help.

The product I purchased was a toal scam. The advertising that got me in, is a total scam. The "Hewelth ReliefChain Therapy Device" for your shoulder, is not fit for purpose. The quality, application, instructions and effectiveness are all Zeroes. A complete waste of money, effort and time. They haven't even replied after I complained !!!Do yourself a favour and steer clear !!!
