Alles nur Betrug was der Shop verkauft. Hab zwei Klimaanlagen für 261 € bestellt und die funktionieren nicht mal. Als Entschädigung soll ich die Ware zurücksenden was aber nicht geht da Gefahrgut von privaten Personen nicht nach China gesendet werden darf. Dann bietet man lediglich 50€ als Ersatz an. Ich hoffe, es fällt niemand mehr auf den Betrug rein.

Ordered a Coolizi cooler on 10th June when the totsoo site said it would be delivered within a day or two. After a week had passed I began to suspect something was wrong and asked them to cancel the order and refund the full cost. They said this could not be done as the cooler had already been shipped. On delivery and testing, the so-called cooler was less effective than a cheap electric fan. The company have not replied to my request to return the cooler so I have asked my credit card providers to refund the full amount. Hilipert seem to trade as Totsoo in the UK and it is only when looking at the returns policy that you are directed to Hilipert. This is such a scam that both sites shouldl be shut down in the UK.
