Augusto
The site was quite slow when trying to perform the operations I wanted.
Response from HiglobeSep 1, 2026
Hi, Augusto! Thank you for your feedback! We experienced a temporary slowdown due to an unusually high number of users accessing the site at that time. This has since been resolved, and performance should now be back to normal. We appreciate your patience! Higlobe team

USD / BRL rates are terrible. 5 cents lower than other platforms. 99% chance I change to another platform next month.
Response from HiglobeAug 31, 2026
Hi, Ernani! Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry to hear you're not happy with the rate you received. Just to clarify: our commercial USD/BRL rate applies Monday to Friday, from 10am to 4pm. This can account for differences you may see compared to other platforms, especially outside that window. We also offer a lowest cost guarantee, so we're always working to keep our rates as competitive as possible. https://support.higlobe.com/hc/pt-br/articles/37314807020315-O-que-%C3%A9-a-garantia-de-menor-custo-da-Higlobe Higlobe team

Works great for transfering from US to BR, and the debit card is very useful in USA. I'd love a physical credit card.
Response from HiglobeAug 31, 2026
Hi, José! Thank you so much for the great feedback! We're so glad the US to BR transfers and debit card have been useful for you. We love the physical credit card idea too — we'll definitely pass it along to our product team! 🙌 Higlobe team
