I have had to order three different belts ranging from Large to XXL and none of them have been consistent in terms of going up in size. The Large and XL may as well have been the same size and then the XXL was too big that it fits with about a 3” gap between my belt and the clip.

Had an issue where my order arrived but with just item instead of four. Packing slip showed that three items shipped and one was on backorder, so I understood why that one was not in there. Called and talked to Jay. Without hesitation he created a new order with the missing items and I got all three (including the backordered one) in two days. AWESOME SERVICE!!

Shipping address was different from the billing address. Was sending the order to my son in GA for a birthday/Christmas gift. Y’all sent it to me in WI. Not happy with this. I now have to spend money to ship it. Again.
