Tech support tried and failed twice to correct issue

When we switched internet companies the transfer was seamless. The speed is much faster and the price saved us a considerable amount each month. We have been very happy with the Highline service.

I called with an issue and my representative was quick to respond and take care of it.

There was an outage recently that took 5 days to remedy. That is way too long. Especially when internet is essential for many now. There was no communication with customers about what had happen and no time line on repairing the issue, even when we reached out to highline.

I have to use my cell signal most of the time. Used to be great Internet but not any more.

Highline has been a great provider due to their responsiveness and great customer service. I would definitely recommend Highline as a high speed provider!

Highline was new to my area. So startup on the area took a while to be put in place. There were area installation issue that brought down my service. However now that everything is in place it has been great! The dependability of not having to worry about storm interruptions and the really high speeds! It has been a great switch from Starlink!!!!

Used to be great. Now service is spotty. It goes in and out on what seems like a regular basis. Reaching a customer supoort line takes way to long. Just very unhappy with this service.
