The speeds aren’t as advertised. I pay for 2 GB and i dont get but mayyyyybr 800mb. Ive called 100 times and an older man with a hiline jacket, who apparently "worked high up" came and looked at the line that was underground? He just looked at the ground for 10 mins and gave me a general hiline card and said "call me if it doesn't hey better" that line rings to the call center lmfao. 1 star cuz i don't have a better option.

Too many outages, Verizon stays on line in power outages, must have an emergency generator that you do not have.

Poor quality connection and frequent extended outages.

Highline is more dependable and faster than what I had before. They are prompt in fixing any issues or outages, which there have only been 2 since I signed up. My last service was constantly out.

I live at the end of the service in Dayton Texas and have had 3 outages since i hot the service. When i got the service the tech told me that the main office for Dayton was in Liberty. Why didnt you put an office in Dayton. I dont know where the outages were, but with such a long feed to my house i am guessing it could be closer to Liberty. Service is great but it just upsets me that the main cable runs a long way

Constant outages and we never receive a credit to our bill. Price is higher than others as well. Disappointing.
