Very nice job on the Installation & Set up
Technicians did a very good job. They were customer focused and worked to get everything set up correctly to meet our wifi needs. thx! Lead Tech was Huynh Nguyen.

Things did NOT go as planned or…
Things did NOT go as planned or scheduled, but it was clear that Highline did everything they could to make sure that the service was installed despite the contractor not having done the up front work that was needed for installation
