So far i like the speed of my internet
So far i like the speed of my internet. I did get upset a couple times when my internet went down, but the last time it went down for so long Highline did make it right by taking $15 off my bill.

Better Than Before
Down times have dropped a lot compared to my last provider. Also, customer service is fast.

Installation was seamless
Installation was seamless, done as promised and when promised. I have especially appreciated the texts/emails regarding service maintenance or outages.

Enjoying the service, good value
Lately the service has been very good. I previously had an issue with the office service. After some frustrating conversations I finally spoke to a woman who knew what she was doing and rectified the problems. Forgot her name but am very thankful.

Down frequently the first few weeks
Down frequently the first few weeks, tech worked on it and has been better. Then down for several hours last week somewhere outside our property. Also, sent an email about price as we're paying $10 more than the advertised price per month for 1 gig service, never got a response.

Good service
Good service, consistent. We're warned of times of fixing the service that occur in the middle of the night.

The internet has been down to many…
The internet has been down to many times over the past months and has not been reliable. I’ve lost hundreds in downtime due to them being down for days at a time.
