I have both a face mask and sauna blanket. I love both of them! I had a issue with the mask (it was out of warranty) and HigherDose customer service jumped in and was able to correct the problem. I can not say enough about the fantastic service I received! Way beyond what I expected! Thank you for taking such good care of me and my device!

I love my higher dose mask so much, and I was bummed when it broke on me recently. To be honest, I am not one to write reviews much but the team at HigherDOSE was so responsive and quick to get me a replacement that I just had to give them a shout out! I’m so happy to be back in my routine with my new mask, thank you for making it an easy and speedy process!! :)

It is wonderful and these days rare to deal with a reputable company who cares about their customers, gives fantastic customer service, and stands behind their products. I purchased the red light hat and had an issue with some of the lights, they provided a prepaid label so I could return the hat for repair. They ended up sending a new hat. There’s so many companies out there in the red light arena that I’ve had horrible experiences. You will not be disappointed purchasing from Higherdose.

Had a problem initially with my higherdose mat. The company took care it . Very good customer service. I was happy . I also tried the serotonin soak for the bath . It was so calming . I really loved it . I have tried many bath soaks and this one was the best I ever tried .
