orderd 3rd december still not recived no communication tracking still saying its to be dispached! DO NOT ORDER ITS A SCAM! Now doing a charge bank with bank and suggest others do it asap.

Ordered an item at the end of November. A month later and it hasn't been received. I received an email that my item had dispatched on Dec 12, but it hadn't been at all. I emailed about delivery times - received the tracking information and then my emails were ignored for days. I was told there were delays in the supply chain after I emailed a number of times. Estimated delivery times are posted on their website, I took this into account when ordering to ensure I would have the item for Christmas. This was quoted to me and they haven't clarified whether the product page has been updated since I placed the order. They reply to parts of my email and ignore the rest... Only some emails were replied to, just like only some reviews are replied to.

I am reading the latest reviews and sincerely hope you are genuine people who have received items. I too thought it was a UK based company but it isn’t. I place two orders on 5th December and still waiting for my item. I have eventually had emails responded to but struggling to believe that they are true as one of the items was originally shown as being dispatched from China on the 18th December and shown sent only abroad on 27th. However when I have asked about my tracking number an email was sent with Royal Mail details stating the item was sent out on 23rd. The information provided do not match. I finally received the items after waiting for a month since placing the order. I really don’t think I would have received these items had I not chased them up more than once.

Been waiting since the 9th December with guaranteed Christmas delivery, no reply to an email I sent on the 19th, poor communication absolutely no customer service id avoid at all costs. I usually pay through PayPal I will be requesting a refund just due to having Covid our Christmas has been postponed while New Year’s Eve so I have a week for them to turn up before asking for a refund. I doubt they’ll be here, absolute joke

Still waiting for my product! No email back, or contact number - i ordered on the 28th November. Terrible, wouldn’t recommend!

Ordered beginning of December for Christmas. No order or communication received. I have emailed multiple times but no response. No idea where my order is. After complaining on their Facebook account I got a response to say they can not refund. Totally unacceptable way to treat customers waiting on orders once paying their money across for a product. Unsure how they are still running if they are a legit business. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS SITE.

I'm absolutely gutted to say the least! I ordered on the 9th Dec. I had given myself extra 2 days delivery on top of what they said for delivery and yet I'm still waiting I have no idea whats going on. Where my item is. All its showing is an aeroplane! Doesn't give any details that's not tracking! I've sent numerous emails and I'm not getting anything back. This was a present for my mum for Christmas day. Took money on the 9th tho! Pi***d off is an understatement right now!
