shocking company and product. the projection photo supplied has a line right across the face which is not on the image supplied and tiny is not the word. so overpriced for what it is and took a month to arrive which upon ordering stated 5-10 days but as soon as you have paid you get an email stating due to demand delivery is taking longer. maybe they should update their website with correct information.

So disappointed with custom items…. Exactly 4 weeks today since I ordered it and even tho they have been communicating I still haven’t received it…. Was for my partners Easter gift and that’s now been and gone…. Maybe it will arrive…. But the moment has been missed…. I’m going to reorder it with a different company…. Update So it’s finally arrived! And I must say it’s a really good product and the missus was very happy with it. Just a shame that the 4.5 weeks it took to arrive over shadowed the whole experience! So would I order again, yes, but I’d make sure if it was for a certain day I’d order it around 6 weeks in advance as their stated delivery times are so wrong! But again the item is really good and even tho the date was missed she still loves it

Took much longer to arrive than the website said - too late to give as a birthday present. When I chased them up on the delay I only got a formulated response and not a useful or personalised response. The projection keyring just doesn't work as well as I'd been led to believe it would so overall I'm really disappointed and think it was way overpriced. Definitely will not be buying from them again!

Ordered an item as a birthday present, production said 2-5 days and delivery was 2-5 days. It took them over 3 weeks to even dispatch the item to me. It took me 3 attempts of getting in touch with the company to find out where my parcel was and why it was taking so long. In the end I asked for a refund which they completely ignored but it was dispatched that day. If I hadn’t asked for the refund would have it even been dispatched then who knows? Customer service although get back to you fast it is clear they have ignored what is actually said to them and just following a template to reply with. I will not be ordering from them again and if I was you I would stay clear. Just tried to write a review on the website to hopefully stop others making the same mistake however it doesn’t allow you to write a review which is always a bad sign

I had a dispatch email over 3 weeks ago and the item still hasn't arrived. The response from the company is to wait but the tracking code they gave me never worked. I've had no response from my last email.

The order took over a month to come and when it arrived it was in the wrong Colour. I payed extra money for sterling silver and it came as a horrible yellow gold. And customer services took over 2 weeks to even originally reply and took 4 weeks to have replacement shipped out which then took a further month to arrive

I have ordered from this company twice and with both orders my items have not turned up. I have had to contact them and wait another however many weeks for the replacement to be sent out and delivered. Awful. Update - thank you for your reply. I am thankful the first order for the charging stand has been delivered but I am still waiting for the second order to arrive for the keychain which was supposedly dispatched on 25th Jan

Got an item which was late and when they said they would help refund me as the person it was for unfortunately died, they simply just ignore all communication with myself now. Very very bad customer support
