This is my second purchase from this website and I was not disappointed. I ordered a necklace with a photo in the pendant for my daughter’s friend’s Birthday. It is just perfect

I ordered a key ring gift for a friend and they loved it so much but only after a couple months the stone fell out & got lost… I emailed custom items through the website & got immediate response and even though the item was out of date to get a refund or return , instead they replaced this item with no problems at all and my friend is very happy with her replacement item but probably will not attach to her key rings from now on as she doesn’t want to lose it again.! Would recommend this company no problem as they were very quick to respond and resolved the problem without any issues. A very happy customer and their items are a great idea. Thank you Jules
