I ordered a necklace 11/24 for an Xmas gift. It is now 12/12. I've had waited patiently as I figured this gift may take some time. My order is still in same status as when it was ordered, and after reading all the reviews and being ignored on my emails to them, I don't even want the necklace. *Edit* Maria and Leslie have both reached out in regard to not receiving my order to make it right. Apparently it is in transit, and will be here soon. I appreciate the prompt reply on this matter from the company. Can't wait to get the necklace! Thank you for making this experience less stressful! *Edit* I received my order and the necklace is BEAUTIFUL! Everything I imagined it would be! My mother is going to ball her eyes out! I want to thank Maria for reaching out and helping me thru the process, it seemed it was an issue on the USPS end. She helped me thru the process to ensure I got my order!
