Hi Rob, Thanks for your review. I can see that you placed your order on the 15th of December and you emailed when you noticed you had nominated an incorrect address on the 17th, which was after the item had been dispatched. The item was dispatched on the 16th (please see email for dispatch scan of parcel). However, we are very happy to work with you on this matter. As you can imagine, we are currently experiencing a high volume of emails due to the Christmas period. Today (20th) we currently have a 3-day backlog of emails that we are working around the clock to respond to. As your first email arrived on the Friday 17th we had unfortunately not got around to answering it yet. However, we have now emailed you in the hope to resolve this issue so that you receive your item to the correct address. We hope you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year.
