AVOID. IGNORES YOU AND BREACHES CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT
I have never written such a bad review on a brand in my life. But, I wish I had done my research beforehand. I ordered 2 bracelets that clearly advertised online 3-5 working days as a whole, and delivery before Christmas. It is now the 19th December, with a weekend to go through and then only 2 business days before Christmas and I have had no update, there's no order that has been sent out, ignored by email and social media. It's absolutely disgusting. They already breach several rights acts running their business by advertising a number that is not in use, and not communicating within reasonable time. Do not waste your money here. Clearly being run by an amateur who is unable to communicate.
