I am happy with my purchase. I got my teenage daughter this necklace with a special picture of us and she loves it. The chain broke after a couple days but the company quickly responded and replaced the product. My daughter loves her gift.

I do agreed delivery isn’t within a couple of days so you will have to wait for this to be made and sent, however what a thoughtful gift to give someone . Lovely piece of jewellery , it is slightly expensive but I do feel your paying for something no one else really does and is unique plus mine was Stirling silver . I did have a problem with my order but I made contact via Instagram and I didn’t have to wait too long for helpful reply by Maria. Not quite sure why everyone else is having so many problems , I found the communication spot on and how they dealt with my concern with a refund immediately was unexpected and appreciated! I would 100% recommend and use this company again . I’m sure this company with there products will touch many hearts.
