Nette the customer services contact I had was exceptional helpful

A slight delay waiting for my flag to arrive. But more than happy with picture of the Slag Brothers from Wacky Races.

I brought 2 gifts and both people receiving them loved them. I still find it really clever how it works every time I look at it. I’m not sure if the sterling silver necklaces are any different but as I was buying both the gifts for people not to wear I just went for the basic chain. With the thought that if they did want to wear it we could change the chain at a later date as the pendents are big enough to fit any necklace. The items did take over 2 weeks to arrive but when I did email to see if everything was still ok I received an email back straight away from Nette that everything is still ok with an update of how far along they were. So if you are planning on buying one for an occasion like a birthday I’d say order it a couple of weeks before. All in all very happy with the product and service. Thanks

I bought 2 necklaces at the beginning of February and have only just received however I presume this is due to manufacturing time with it being a projection necklace. I was worried with how long it was taking so contacted them via email multiple times however had little to no response. These items were very important to myself and my partner as we got them personalised for our son who passed away, the email customer service are useless however the Instagram team seem much more helpful, they sent tracking information and we’re able to contact the warehouse directly and kept me updated! If you have any questions message them on Instagram do not bother with emailing!!

I ordered my item on the 15th January and soon realised I had no idea how long delivery was as I couldn't find it anywhere on the site. I contacted the company who responded quickly and informed me, in detail, the time frame for each part to my order. I calculated this to be about 2 weeks with their informed delays. I was patient but concerned considering some bad reviews and after the time frame had passed I messaged again. They responded quickly again to say my order had been dispatched and low and behold, it arrives today (04/02). I got a keyring for myself with a photo of my dog who passed before Christmas. It's perfect and came wrapped well in a small box. I cannot fault the company and I can only speak positively of them as they responded quicker than most would, gave full details and although I didn't get a dispatch email like they originally said, it was fine and everything was what I expected.

Amazing. The necklace that I ordered for my mum for her birthday is beautiful. The reason why I put four stars is because the delivery took longer. It was delivered by Royal Mail so it was no surprise it was delivered late. Next time I order from here I would definitely order well in advance

Took a bit of time to arrive and was too late for Christmas but product is very good quality. Unfortunately it doesn’t charge any iPhone, only a 12 without case.

I previously ordered. It was never delivered After leaving a 1 star review finally someone contacted me and offered to resend my item. I had already had the refund. The item arrived today. Quality 4 out of 5 Service 4 out of 5 Price 4 out of 5 I do wish it was easier to contact the company as I feel this could of been dealt with a long time ago. Overall happy this is finally sorted and thank you for keeping to your word
